This two and a half hour workshop focused on how to maintain a strong Vinyasa practice throughout pregnancy.  Students learned the basic “dos” and “dont’s” of yoga practice while pregnant.  An open discussion was led on how to adapt poses in a regular Vinyasa class so that students could still fully participate with their favorite teachers and classes.  Students received a seven page packet to take home.
