When practicing Vinyasa Flow, a lot of attention can be placed on keeping the class moving. Sometimes the transitions or more challenging poses, like arm balances, can get glossed over. We will slow it down and I will teach you how to:
- make your transitional movements fluid, light and graceful from the fundamentals to the intermediate
- build your arm balances from the ground up - no matter what your level by using Vinyasa Krama
This workshop will be fun and light-hearted with lots of room for exploration. Nina will give detailed instructions and time for questions. Come prepared to sweat and have a great time. Students should take at least one Flow class with Nina prior to the workshop.
This workshop is not suitable for pregnant women, students with eye injuries or injuries to the shoulder, elbow or wrist.
