Join Nina Reis and Dina Abbondante, LMT for a specialized workshop devoted to releasing long-standing tension, muscular imbalances and acute pain. We will focus on restoring a more flexible, functional body for your yoga practice and your general well-being. You will receive a packet detailing myofascial release techniques, acupressure points and therapeutic exercises for your home practice.
You can expect to work therapeutically with tennis balls for myofascial release work and your own hands for acupressure point care. Students should be able to recline on their back, side and belly comfortably.
