  • Acupuncture

    Nina offers several styles of acupuncture including: Chinese, Japanese, orthopedic and electro acupuncture. Adjunct therapies include: moxibustion, cupping, Tui Na (Chinese massage), Gua Sha, ion pumping cords and magnets.

    Nina treats patients of all ages including children ages 6-26 years old. Children under 8 years old, will receive non insertive techniques (IE: no needles).

    Her areas of interest include: chronic pain, sports medicine, post surgery recovery, anxiety, depression, digestive disorders, side effects of cancer treatments, children’s health, dysmenorrhea (painful periods), and symptoms of peri and post menopause. (Nina’s Bio)

  • Yoga

    Nina teaches weekly group classes at JP Centre Yoga and private lessons. She has taught yoga and meditation for over two decades. Her physical and spiritual training span across various influences including: vinyasa, Katonah, prenatal and restorative yoga.

    Her approach to teaching is one that uniquely meets people where they are. Whether you are having difficulty tying your shoes, struggling with ongoing back pain or would like to master a particular pose, Nina would love to work with you.   • Wellness 1:1

    Nina offers wellness therapies involving assisted stretching and strengthening, guided at home meditation, reintegration of body misalignments using blocks and blankets, nutritional coaching, breathing exercises and slow, easeful movement practices.

    This service is best for individuals who do not want acupuncture needles or yoga but are seeking relief from acute or chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, vestibular imbalances (balance problems), weak immune health, respiratory conditions and low energy. These therapies can be done in person in Roslindale, MA and some are available via Zoom.

  • Corporate Events

    Nina offers group or individual acupuncture, yoga, meditation or Qi Gong at your office or off-site location. These services are specifically curated for your employees’ needs. Services can be offered as a “one off “ or reoccurring on a weekly or monthly basis.
